Protein-Rich Chocolate Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp Plantforce Synergy Protein – Chocolate
  • 2 drops of stevia (or one banana)
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla powder
  • 3 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • A large glass of homemade plant-based milk (nuts, grains, and/or seeds blended with water and sieved until there are no lumps and it’s only milk)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

 

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients and enjoy right away!
