Coconut and Chia Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

100ml of Full-Cream Coconut Milk
1/2 Banana
100g Frozen Blueberries
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Plantforce Synergy Protein – Vanilla
Shredded coconut, cacao nibs, goji berries (optional, to garnish)

Preparation:

First:
Mix in a blender, we prefer to do it in a Vitamix type blender

Second:
Top with shredded Coconut, Cacao Nibs and Goji Berries.

Because the presentation is everything.
