This vegan cookie dough is delicious, easy and healthy. You can add jam, fruit or other toppings (chocolate, hemp seed, etc.) to this recipe.
200 grams of chickpeas
15 grams of chia seed
50 ml plant-based milk
20 grams Planforce Synergy Protein – Vanilla
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1. Add the chia seeds with soy milk and maple syrup to a small bowl and let stand for 10 minutes.
2. Drain the chickpeas in a colander and rinse well
3. Place the chickpeas, vanilla protein powder in the food processor and mix until smooth
4. Spoon the mixture into a small bowl/glass and add the chia seed pudding and peanut butter.
