Gingerbread Blue Oats

With all the warming spices, this oatmeal brings to mind the old-fashioned gingerbread and it’s a nourishing way to start your day esp. on a rainy day! Tips to make the PERFECT PROATS:

Ingredients (for 2 bowls)

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups Almond milk
  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger or 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 servings Third Wave Protein Powder
  • For this beautiful color I added Blue Butterfly Pea powder but it’s optional!

Toppings

  • Chocolate
  • Granola
  • Hemp Seeds
