Glowing Brekkie Bowl

Hope you all had a lovely week! Here’s my new recipe for the Glowing Brekkie Bowl I made featuring my favorite Third Wave’s Natural Protein 🙂 Hope you like the recipe and there will be more coming soon:

Ingredients (for 2 bowls)½ cup rolled oats

  • 1.5 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice e.g. stevia, coconut sugar, maple syrup
  • 1 serving Third Wave Natural Protein

Directions:

  1. Bring everything except hemp seeds and protein powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to medium, stir frequently, and cook until desired consistency.
  3. Turn off the heat, stir in protein powder. Serve with toppings of choice e.g. fresh fruits, granola, nuts or seeds (pictured: fresh blueberries, chopped apples, almond butter, muesli and raspberry cookies)
