Hope you all had a lovely week! Here’s my new recipe for the Glowing Brekkie Bowl I made featuring my favorite Third Wave’s Natural Protein 🙂 Hope you like the recipe and there will be more coming soon:
Ingredients (for 2 bowls)½ cup rolled oats
- 1.5 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice e.g. stevia, coconut sugar, maple syrup
- 1 serving Third Wave Natural Protein
- Bring everything except hemp seeds and protein powder in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium, stir frequently, and cook until desired consistency.
- Turn off the heat, stir in protein powder. Serve with toppings of choice e.g. fresh fruits, granola, nuts or seeds (pictured: fresh blueberries, chopped apples, almond butter, muesli and raspberry cookies)
