Ingredients for 2 Servings

• 2 cups liquid (water or coconut water)
• 1 tsp peanut butter • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tbsp flax meal or LSA
• 1/2 banana
• 1 scoop Vanilla Plantforce® Synergy Protein

 

Method

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil then turn down to a simmer, and let simmer until your desired thickness, stirring frequently.
    Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
  2. Enjoy
